It's up to each individual Rebirther Breathwork Facilitator as to whether you may attend a group Rebirthing Breathwork session before doing private sessions.

Here's why!

It's always best to be self-sufficient with the practice beforehand.

And...

Group Rebirths are very different than individual sessions:

1. The combined energy of the Group is More Powerful!
2. The group sessions are you and "others" focused.
3. They're about having more fun, ease and personal-growth.
4. They tend to sometimes bring up unresolved "family" or other group involvement issues to be healed.
5. It's only "truly" easier for you in the context of group energy if you've had a "breath-release" experience prior.

Having gone through a series of 10 sessions first allowed you to get the one-on-one individual instruction and attention you needed.

Your individual sessions are "YOU" centered and what is ONLY important to you.

Having attended to your needs first (in the series of 10 sessions) allows for you to be able to be group or "other" focused while being "self-focused" too.

NOTE: You can usually have a "breath release" during your first series of 10 sessions, which assures you of having all your subsequent Rebirthing Breathwork sessions be EASIER for you.
