Founder/Director Aaron Starr

Aaron Starr is the creator and founder of the MRA (Maryland Rebirthing Academy), ITP (Integrative Therapy Programs) and LTV (Living The Vision). Aaron is a masterful facilitator of human integration through techniques and processes that restore people to conscious choice. In a lighthearted yet serious way, he brings a sense of humor, playfulness and passion for life into his practice and teachings. His refreshing outlook on life stems from his deep involvement with consciousness research projects, meditation practices and having studied Eastern/Western philosophies and healing modalities/techniques during the last 30+ years. Some of his training included: Leonard Orr's work- Rebirthing, Kriya yoga, TM and The TM Sidhis Program (Transcendental Meditation Programs)-as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Dr. Bach's- Flower Essences, Sondra Ray's work- The Loving Relationships trainings (LRT), John Rogers' work- Insight Trainings, "Centering", 3 in One Concepts-One Brain, Advanced One Brain, Edu K., NLP, Brain Gym, Under The Code, Behavioral Barometer, Applied kinesiology; TFH (Touch for Health), Reiki 1-3, Gemstone therapies, Chakra Balancing, Kaballah, Polarity Therapy, Penduling and Radionics, and Ho-Oponopono to name a few. Aaron is sometimes found at health fairs, festivals and expos throughout the USA teaching and doing healing work. He is dedicated to helping others into greater Self-sufficiency- to help themselves and to global healing through personal transformation.

Originally from Maryland, he returned to Bowie, MD 4 years ago. His most recent project was the creation of several trainings and a training center, "The Maryland Rebirthing Academy" (M.R.A.) designed to teach people how to "self-heal" using primarily Rebirthing Breathwork and personal coaching techniques. MRA offers classes for the beginning and advanced students of Rebirthing Breathwork, one-day trainings, and a 5-part series of weekend trainings. MRA is a training facility which equips people with life and relationship skills as well as training those interested in becoming professional Rebirther Breathworkers. Aaron has been creating and developing a team of professional Rebirther Breathworkers and healers to work throughout the Maryland, Virginia and D.C. areas on a much larger project, called ONEness Training. This new 4-level Training focuses on further accelerating human "Integration". Currently, there is a small Core Group of Rebirther Breathworker students (RBIT's) dedicated to furthering this work and "Living The Vision" www.integrative-therapy-programs.com.
